We will call you in advance and notify you that your house kit or frame is ready and packed for shipment; after agreeing on delivery details with the transport company, we will notify you of the estimated time of arrival of the cargo. Delivery is carried out either to the facility or to the terminal of the transport company. Upon receipt, you must have a passport and sign the delivery note or acceptance certificate.
On average, delivery time is from 1 month.
Free storage in the TK terminal is usually 3 days from the moment the recipient is notified, further storage is paid and paid by the recipient. If you are unable to pick up the cargo yourself - order delivery to the site.
Unloading is done manually or using specialized equipment. All products are delivered on pallets; it is better to unload them together, this will speed up and simplify the process.
We carefully check the completeness before shipping, but if during the assembly process you find that something is missing or was damaged during transportation, contact your manager and we will send you the necessary parts.
We ship our home kits all over the world. Delivery is possible in various ways, by road, rail, air and sea. When shipping abroad, we will help with customs clearance.
After delivery of the home kit, you can begin to assemble your home yourself using the assembly instructions, as well as using training videos and information materials.
You can use the services of our construction teams or order installation supervision - a visit from our specialist to train your team or assist in self-assembly.
An online construction support service is available, which allows you to control the implementation of each stage of work by qualified construction specialists from our company.

Delivery terms

Transfer of cargo occurs if you have a passport or power of attorney to receive the house kit. You can download it here.

Ownership of the Housekit passes to the Customer after signing the delivery note or acceptance certificate.

We are not responsible for changes in delivery times due to the fault of the transport company, and we can only approximately estimate the delivery time in advance.

The house kit is sent only after 100% payment under the contract.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the contents and check the delivered order upon delivery. In case of any claims and comments, the Buyer indicates them in a written complaint to the email address no later than 2 days from the date of receipt of the goods from the transport company.

If the forwarder waits at the consignee for more than 1 hour, an additional fee is charged in the amount of the cost of demurrage for each hour.
