Project B-126

A set of parts for a prefabricated house made of laminated laminated timber under the code name "B-126".

The project is a two-story house with the following characteristics:

1st floor 2nd floor

Wall kit:

• Glued laminated timber, profiled with cups according to the design, 180 mm high, 200 mm thick, with protective treatment of the ends with “Teknos JRM” compound, with grooves cut for installation of casing boxes. Type of material – Spruce.

• Inter-crown seal for corner joints of timber – Rive Line, Finland;

• Mortgage board - dry planed 41*200 mm. Key for installing windows and doors – dry planed block 30*40 mm;

• Glued posts 200*200 mm.

Floor structures (calculation of wooden structures is made for the type of supporting surface - strip monolithic foundation):

• Floors (floor beams, front board);

• Skull block – sawn block 40*50 mm; black floor board – sawn board 16 mm.

Coating structures:

• Rafter system (rafter legs, tie-rods, purlins, short linings);

• Counter grille – block, planed 40*50 mm;

• Beacon rail – sawn block 25*50 mm. Black ceiling board – sawn board 16 mm;

• Lathing – sawn board 25 mm.

Internal frame structures:

• Internal frame partitions (posts, lintels, trim & calibrated board);

• Timber imitation board – dry profile 19*177 mm.

Exterior finishing materials:

• Cornice board – planed board 20*120 mm. External sheathing for filing cornice overhangs – planed board 20*120 mm;

• External casing for windows and doors – planed board 20*120 mm;

• Casing board – glued board 42*200 mm.

Fastening elements:

• A set of wall kit fastenings (anchors, wood grouse, adjusting screws, embedded parts, shrinkage compensators);

• Set of floor fastenings (beam supports);

• Cover fastening kit (sliding supports, bolts, studs).
