Project B-105

A set of parts for a prefabricated house made of laminated laminated timber under the code name “B-105”.

Wall set:

• Glued laminated timber, profiled with cups according to the design, height 180 mm, thickness 200 mm with protective treatment of the ends with the composition “Teknos JRM”, with grooves cut for installation of casing boxes. Type of material - Spruce.

• Intercrown seal for corner joints of timber - Rive Line, Finland;

• Mortgage board - dry planed 41*200 mm. The key for installing windows and doors is a dry planed block 30*40 mm;

• Glued pillars 200*200 mm.

Floor structures (calculation of wooden structures is carried out for the type of supporting surface - strip monolithic foundation):

• Floors (floor beams, front board);

• Skull block - block sawn 40*50 mm; subfloor board - sawn board 16 mm.

Coating structures:

• Rafter system (rafter legs, puffs, purlins, short linings);

• Counter-lattice - planed block 40*50 mm;

• Beacon strip - sawn block 25*50 mm. Black ceiling board - sawn board 16 mm;

• Lathing - sawn board 25 mm.

Internal frame structures:

• Internal frame partitions (posts, lintels, trim - calibrated board);

• Imitation timber board - dry profile 19*177 mm.

External finishing materials:

• Cornice board – planed board 20*120 mm. External cladding for filing eaves overhangs - planed board 20*120 mm;

• External casing for windows and doors - planed board 20*120 mm;

• Casing board - glued board 42 *200 mm.

Fastening elements:

• Set of wall kit fastenings (anchors, screws, adjusting screws , embedded parts, shrinkage compensators);

• Set of floor fastenings (beam supports);

• Set of covering fastenings (sliding supports, bolts, studs).
