The compact modular house with an area of 17 sq.m. offers a functional and stylish solution for small plots. Panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature, and the interior space includes a bedroom and a bathroom. The 4.2 sq.m. terrace is an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

This modular house is delivered ready-made and installed in a day. The complete assembly is in production, delivered by a manipulator. You can order a power frame and a house kit for self-assembly at the facility.
